Like chat bots, mass messages it is uses for spamming links and time waste messages that can disturb your life too much. If you have added your family or some respected relations to your profile you should not take risk to open that kind of bad links or messages

So spammers make apps and use vps servers to upload their private scripts and share some urls with messages and innocent peoples click on it and get infected with bad stuff their account start spamming links automatically and your respect get down because of it and may be many of your friends may delete you immediate.

How to Remove and keep Secure Account

 Remove unwanted and spam app from your profile and make sure your profile is save as I told before it can destroy your personal reputation on internet and much more.

You have to visit your app setting Go to Account->  Settings-> Apps or direct go here. There a complete list will shows up there will be all that apps that you has been authorized in past.
You should remove unwanted apps that you don’t need in future there is a cross button inside every app.
By clicking on it, a new pop up box will appear that is all about your future activity, choose remove all future activities so if something gone bad from app it will be removed.

Remove ID cards photo copy, If you have uploaded it for confirming your Facebook Account in Past
